 Oceanside camping in Nova Scotia, on the spectacular natural wonder that is St. Margaret's Bay, provides for the outdoor enthusiast a truly memorable experience. The inviting campgrounds of Nova Scotia are growing in popularity each year as people appreciate more and more our natural environment.
The Peggy's Cove Coastal Region offers campers everything from tent and trailer parks to wilderness campsites. Choose your site in the woods, beside a stream, or on a hill overlooking the ocean.
All privately-owned campgrounds have been inspected by provincial tourism staff, and have approved facilities.

Hubbards Cove Beach Campground and Cottages is a beautiful property on St. Margaret's Bay. Our white sand beach is the focal point for a full service campground and thirteen fully equipped cottages.
Hubbards Cove Beach Cottages
Use us as a headquarters for visiting Halifax, Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay - all wonderful day trips within 40 minutes of our facility.
Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance.
Hubbards Cove Campground
Your hosts, Clyde and Barb Harnish welcome you to Hubbards beach, Campground and Cottages. The campground was started in 1958 by Clyde's father Roy. Many changes and improvements have taken place over the years. The campground now boasts 127 full service sites, canteen, modern laundromat, horse shoe pits, pay phones, video arcade, lobster suppers and of course beautiful Hubbards Beach. Our cottages actually pre-date the campground, the first being built by the beach in 1927.
 Our friendly staff is very helpful and will make your stay most memorable. We can accommodate all yor needs, just let us know. Hubbards is a very special village and we have many guests who just don't want to leave after they have experienced a summer on Hubbards Beach.
Open from may 15th to October 1st.

Campsite is located on Rte. 333, 8 km (5 mi) west of Peggy's Cove; from Hwy 103, Exit 5. 110 overnight sites (E (30 - & 50-amp), W, Se, U) plus 40 seasonal.
Open and wooded campground across from ocean inlet; 200 acres. FT, washrooms, showers, shelter, DS, fireplaces, wood, ice, laundromat, pay phones, Wi-Fi.
Ocean swimmimg; good area for sea kayaking. Big rigs welcome. RV washing permitted. Good Sam.
